German Safari Admin Consultant, South Africa

We are looking for a native Germany person living in South Africa to assist with the administration of safaris for our German clientele.

In addition to safari administration, the role will also entail assisting the sales consultants in taking high level bespoke safari itineraries and turning them into reality with all the necessary details for the trip of a lifetime!

• You will be an important part of a small dynamic team doing some exciting stuff!
• You will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and produce travel documents of exceptional quality.
• The role can best be described as taking full responsibility for a tour from the point of sale by the sales consultant, up to post travel follow up with the guests.
• This includes inter alia liaising with guests and producing pre-travel documentation, very detailed itineraries, 100% accurate and of exceptional standard, including flight/vehicle rental details, transfer times/places and supplier contact details.
• Guest invoicing, also liaising with suppliers and payment of supplier invoices.
• You will be an all-rounder, and able to work independently with initiative, reliability, and good organizational skills.
• Being very structured, organized, honest and with an absolute focus on attention to detail, are essential, as industry-leading service is the goal!
• Good MS Office skills including Excel are essential.
• Good IT skills and be an early adopter of new technology.
• Your first language should be German, but you should also be fluent in English.
• You should have residency or a work permit for South Africa and intend/able to be in South Africa for the foreseeable future.
• Good written communication skills and accuracy with numbers are essential.

We are offering above market related remuneration for the right individual, and it will comprise mainly of a fixed monthly salary. You will be working from home office.
