The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and relationship-focused sales professional who can:
- Develop new business opportunities and open enterprise doors
- Collaborate with internal account managers to grow existing client accounts

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and secure new enterprise opportunities
- Develop strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Drive solution-based selling into target accounts
Existing Account Growth
- Partner closely with account management teams
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client environments
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the technology stack
Enterprise Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closure
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and strategic client engagements
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and proposal processes
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Work closely with technical teams and business unit leaders
- Align client requirements with tailored digital solutions
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience selling software development and digital solutions into enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of the software services and technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial negotiation ability
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performance environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required
Highly Advantageous
- Existing network within Durban, Umhlanga, La Lucia, and broader KZN markets
- Experience selling Microsoft, cloud, automation, or digital transformation solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery methodologies
- Ability to think creatively and tailor solutions to customer needs
