ABOUT THE POSITION

Administration, Logistics, and Accounts Manager

Job Description

Customer Communication & Account Management

  • Manage office communications via phone (WhatsApp and calls), assisting retail and wholesale customers with order updates and inquiries.
  • Receive, process (print, pack, and dispatch), and track wholesale orders across all platforms (phone, email, and website).
  • Generate and send invoices for wholesale orders, maintaining accurate records of transactions and packing slips.
  • Guide retail customers through the membership platform, explaining product ranges and granting access as needed.
  • Send WhatsApp broadcasts to wholesale customers for monthly promotions and manage automated responses when required.
  • Oversee and respond to customer inquiries via office emails.

 

Operations

  • Coordinate daily activities with the warehouse manager to ensure timely packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.

 

Logistics

  • Schedule and manage deliveries using company drivers, Uber, and courier services.
  • Liaise with couriers and drivers to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
  • Communicate with retail and wholesale customers regarding delivery updates.
  • Assist with Takealot lead-time orders when necessary.

 

General Administration

  • Manage the procurement of packaging, boxing, and office supplies.

 

Tastings & Promotions

  • Organize and schedule promoters for events, ensuring correct timing and location details.
  • Train new promoters as needed.
  • Arrange and dispatch necessary equipment and stock for tasting events.

Requirements

  • Based in Cape Town.
  • Must own a car.
  • Comfortable working in the cannabis industry.

– 80% of our sales are direct to other retails.
– Business to business.
– The other 20% is split between on line and takealot.
– Marketing interaction, merchandise and tastings will be important between the resellers, whilst also boosting our on-line sale.
