We are looking for a technically strong Level 2 Microsoft Engineer with approximately 3–4 years’ hands-on experience supporting Microsoft cloud, workplace and infrastructure environments.
The successful engineer will take ownership of escalated technical issues and work across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint management and security technologies.
* Provide advanced Level 2 Microsoft technical support
* Take ownership of escalations from Level 1 engineers
* Administer Microsoft 365 environments
* Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
* Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
* Support Microsoft Azure environments
* Manage devices and policies through Microsoft Intune
* Configure and troubleshoot Conditional Access and MFA
* Support Windows 10/11 environments
* Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and related networking issues
* Assist with tenant migrations, onboarding and cloud projects
* Perform root-cause analysis and resolve recurring issues
* Maintain accurate technical documentation
* Work closely with Level 3 engineers and senior cloud specialists
* Approximately 3–4 years’ relevant Microsoft / IT support experience
* Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
* Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
* Active Directory
* Exchange Online
* Intune / Endpoint Management
* Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
* Networking fundamentals
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Customer-focused approach
Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Administration or Security are highly advantageous.
CompTIA, ITIL or equivalent industry qualifications will also be considered.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum, negotiable depending on location, level, qualifications and experience.
