What you’ll do
• Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our platform and integrations.
• Log, track, and manage customer cases in our ticketing system.
• Work closely with development and project teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest practical solutions.
• Stay current with new platform features, updates, and best practices.
• Use AI proactively to improve support outcomes and resolve tickets more efficiently.
• Understand how connectors behave, optimize workflows, and support customers with a deep troubleshooting mindset.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5 years’ experience in technical support, ideally in a SaaS, iPaaS, or software vendor environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, web-based applications, and AI automation.
• Experience with SQL, Azure stack, scripting, and tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with Bash, PowerShell, or VBScript.
• AWS experience is an advantage.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree is highly advantageous.
