Her career began in Engineering recruitment, a field that immediately sparked her curiosity and passion for connecting businesses with talented professionals. As industries evolved and technology became increasingly integrated into Engineering, her focus naturally expanded into the IT and Telecommunications sectors.

Over the years, Luisette had the opportunity to work alongside businesses of all sizes, witnessing organisations grow, careers flourish and long-term partnerships develop through the power of the right people.

Those experiences inspired

the creation of Chosen Online.

For nearly three decades, Luisette has dedicated her career to helping businesses find exceptional people and professionals discover opportunities where they can thrive.

Since entering the recruitment industry in 1996, she has built a reputation for her honest approach, strong relationships and deep understanding of the Engineering, IT and Telecommunications sectors.

Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of partnering with businesses of all sizes, witnessing companies grow, careers flourish and teams transform through the power of the right hire.

These experiences became the foundation of Chosen Online, a boutique recruitment business built on the belief that recruitment should always be personal.

Unlike larger agencies where clients are often passed between consultants, Luisette remains actively involved throughout the recruitment journey.

She believes that taking the time to understand a business, its people and its culture is what leads to meaningful placements and long-term partnerships.

For Luisette, recruitment has never simply been about filling vacancies. It’s about creating opportunities, building trusted relationships and helping businesses grow through exceptional people.

When I joined the recruitment industry in 1996,
I never imagined the journey it would take me on.

Those experiences have reinforced one belief that continues to guide me today: recruitment is, and always will be, about people.
