Tier 1 Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our growing team .
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in resolving their technical issues in a timely and professional manner.


Certifications Required:

MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging

MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services

MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams

AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals


Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft cloud products.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with security, compliance, and identity concepts.

Knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, and desktop applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Education and Experience:

Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role is required.

Microsoft certifications as outlined above.
