We are hiring for a results-driven AUTHENTIC Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and selling
IT based networking solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of networking solutions and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships within the IT industry.
Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Pipeline: Develop and grow customer pipeline.
Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored networking solutions, including but not limited to, switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, and WiFi Solutions.
Technical Consultation: Work closely with technical teams to deliver customised solutions to clients.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Sales Administration: Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with internal sales team. Assist with RFPs, tenders, and vendor registrations where necessary. Handle customer enquiries, follow up on outstanding quotes, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to post-sales support.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in IT networking solutions, infrastructure, or related fields.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technologies such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and security solutions.
Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Networking Vendor certifications will be advantageous
