Internal Sales Admin


An exciting position has opened up in the Solutions Sales Team in Cape Town.

You will team up with a Top sales Professional in the IT solutions Space.
Basic + 2% comm of GP of Sales Consultant you look after,


The succesful applicant must comply with the following job specifications, experience and background:

  • Quoting to be done with a quick turnaround time after request has been received from customer
  • Check stock availability and price with relevant supplier
  • Place order with relevant supplier based on stock availability and price
  • Process purchase and sales order on accounting system
  • Ensure your stock are cleared and no aging stock
  • Send out ETA to customers
  • Answer and respond to client calls and e-mails
  • Attend Vendor training when required
  • Assist Account Manager in his/her duties
  • Ensure Stores have all relevant documentation
  • Assist finance team with any debtors’ queries
  • calendar reminders and follow ups
  • Teams’ monthly order/invoices tracking
  • Customer relationships (via email/calls)
  • Keep track of hardware support and license renewals
  • Register new deals with relevant vendors and keep current deal registrations active
  • IT background
