ABOUT THE POSITION

Brand Ambassador (Social Media Manager & in store Marketer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As our Brand Ambassador, you will play a dual role as both a Social Media Manager and a physical Representative. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with our audience online and offline while driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Your creativity and passion for our products will help us enhance our brand presence and foster customer loyalty.

 

Social Media Duties: (Instagram & TikTok)

  • Content Creation
  • Manage Engagement
  • Run Meta ads
  • Send out monthly packages
  • Track success
  • Local Competitor research
  • International Competitor research
  • Manage Giveaways
  • Manage brand ambassador program
  • Manage Social Media messages
  • Manage & Search for online collaborationsphysical representative Duties:
  • Visit Resellers in and around Cape Town
  • Collect product feedback
  • Build long-lasting relationships
  • Manage in-store display designs
  • Manage tastings and events
  • Sell/discuss new products
  • Manage order sheets
  • Create content for loyal resellers
  • Make note of new and potential resellers
  • Find new customers
  • Keep in constant contact with resellers
  • CONTINUAL UPSKILLING/TRAINING RE SALES AND DIGITAL

 

Requirements:

  • Cape Town based
  • Owns car
  • Own laptop
  • 1 years of Social Media experience
  • 1 years of Sales experience
  • Social Media portfolio
  • Comfortable working in the cannabis industry

 

Company has been going since 2018. We sell our products nationally and have a team of 10 people. 80% of our sales are direct to other retails. Business to business. The other 20% is split between on line and take a lot. Marketing interaction, merchandise and tastings will be important between the resellers, whilst also boosting our on-line sale.
